Calculation formula of gas consumption of gas-fired boiler: gas consumption of gas-fired boiler in one hour = power of gas-fired boiler *3600s/ fuel calorific value/thermal efficiency.
25MW gas-fired hot water boiler has a power of 25MW, and the calorific value of natural gas is generally between 33.37MJ/ m3-39.82mJ /M3. We take a median value of 36MJ/M3, and SZS25MW thermal efficiency is 98%. Therefore, the gas consumption of 25MW gas-fired boiler is 25MW*3600S/36MJ/98%.
