ZOZEN DZL series package boiler is a horizontal three-return water pipe and fire pipe chain grate boiler. 5 tons biomass boiler is suitable for combustion molding biomass fuel, can also use coal or mixed coal such fuels. The threaded smoke tube of the boiler body forms a convective heating surface and the water cooling walls on both sides form a radiant heating surface in the furnace. The boiler is equipped with an induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation and a screw slag extruder to realize mechanical slag discharge. The control and monitoring instruments are complete and the boiler operates safely and reliably. The package biomass boiler will be sent out as a whole after completion of assembly in the factory. After arriving at the project site, it only needs simple installation and can be put into use.

1. Steel plate blanking, ring garden, pot barrel, tube plate drilling and other key processing technologies are all advanced numerical control processing, reduce assembly stress, extend the service life of the boiler.

The welding of the longitudinal and circular joints of the boiler, the inside of the pipe and boiler barrel, the welding of the pipe and flange and other important parts shall adopt automatic submerged arc welding, or gas shielded welding and other automatic welding processes to ensure the welding quality. The secondary inlet air disturbs the flue gas in the furnace to ensure complete combustion. Independent secondary fan, easy to control and adjust the air volume and pressure.
6. Graded air supply, special furnace arch structure, NOx emissions as low as 100mg/m3. The thermal efficiency of different biomass can reach over 90% by numerical simulation.
