Andre Juice Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Yantai Northern Andre Juice Co., Ltd. and BVI Andre, has been a prominent player in the juice industry since its establishment in 2001. Spanning an impressive factory area of 168,000 square meters, with a constructed area of 52,000 square meters, the company has amassed total assets worth 512 million RMB. Within its expansive facility, Andre Juice operates three state-of-the-art juice production lines, capable of processing 160,000 tons of apples annually, resulting in 25,000 tons of concentrated juice. Furthermore, the company boasts two fruit residue drying lines, producing over 5,000 tons of pectin raw material from fruit residue each year.

To align with the local environmental protection policy and enhance sustainability efforts, Andre Juice made a strategic decision to replace its existing 20 ton coal-fired boiler with a more efficient and eco-friendly alternative. After careful consideration, the company opted for ZOZEN Boiler’s SZS series 18 tph gas steam boiler for this upgrade.

The SZS series 18 tph gas steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler incorporates advanced features such as a low-NOx burner and a flue gas recirculation system, ensuring minimal emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx). By adopting this technology, Andre Juice has significantly reduced its environmental impact. The completion of this project has resulted in substantial reductions in particulate matter emissions by 1.18t/a, sulfur dioxide emissions by 1.49t/a, and nitrogen oxide emissions by 6.03t/a.
