The ZOZEN YLW series chain grate thermal oil boiler is equipped with a chain grate as its combustion equipment, which allows it to provide a high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃. The company also used high-quality insulation materials and special construction techniques to minimize heat loss, while optimizing the radiation heating surface and reducing the formation and emission of smoke dust in the combustion chamber. The effective ash cleaning structure facilitates the maintenance, operation and cleaning of the chain grate thermal oil boiler.

Kay & Emms had previously purchased coal-fired SZL series steam boilers and a YLW series chain grate thermal oil boiler from ZOZEN, which had been running stably and providing reliable and sufficient heat source for their production line.
