Tanzania Food Industry 20-TON Biomass Fired Steam Boiler
Introduction
Recently, ZOZEN Boiler supplied a 20-ton biomass fired steam boiler from the DZL series to a cottonseed oil factory in Tanzania, effectively meeting its operational requirements.
Seeking a boiler solution that could align with their production demands while emphasizing environmental responsibility, the cottonseed oil factory in Tanzania opted for ZOZEN Boiler’s cutting-edge third-generation biomass steam boiler from the DZL series. The boiler has been successfully delivered and the construction of the foundation at the site is currently underway.
The distinguishing feature of the DZL series boiler is its innovative chain grate and independent wind chamber design. This design ensures the efficient combustion of various fuels like biomass molding pellets, rice husks, wood chips, corn cobs, and sawdust, achieving an impressive thermal efficiency exceeding 87.5%. With water-cooled walls at the front and convection tubes positioned between the upper and lower drums at the rear, the boiler maximizes heat absorption. The high-temperature flue gas passes through these heat-absorbing surfaces, progresses through the economizer and dust remover, and is ultimately expelled through the chimney, optimizing the conversion and utilization of thermal energy.
This collaboration not only underscores ZOZEN Boiler‘s expertise in biomass energy utilization but also delivers an effective and eco-conscious energy solution to the Tanzanian cottonseed oil factory. By reducing production costs, this initiative showcases the commitment to sustainable practices and operational efficiency.
