ZOZEN 10-Ton Biomass-fired Steam Boiler Project in Ghana
Introduction
Sunda International Group, established in 2000, has become a multinational, comprehensive industry group with a strong presence in overseas markets, particularly in Africa and South America. The group’s operations encompass various sectors, including overseas industrial manufacturing, international trade, industrial investment, consulting services, and information technology. Sunda is dedicated to the development and production of a wide range of products, such as ceramic items, sanitary ware, hardware accessories, daily washing products, and personal care items.
In order to maintain a reliable heat source for its production line, Sunda International Group made the decision to utilize ZOZEN Boiler’s SZL series 10-ton biomass-fired steam boiler for its laundry powder factory in Ghana. This environmentally friendly boiler was chosen due to its versatility in using both biomass pellets and wood chips as fuel, which perfectly matches the fuel availability at the Ghana factory.
ZOZEN Boiler‘s customized solution went beyond providing the chain grate for the 10-ton biomass-fired steam boiler. It also incorporated an advanced PLC system, enabling efficient and hassle-free operation. With this system in place, the workload of after-sales operation and maintenance was significantly reduced. Additionally, the furnace building was completed prior to shipment, ensuring the boiler’s quality and performance met the highest standards. This streamlined installation process offered clients a seamless experience, saving both time and costs.
